Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: January 2, 2026 Last Updated: January 2, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of AIStrategyLaw.com (the “Site”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

1) Who We Are

AIStrategyLaw.com is a website operated by AI Strategy Law, PC A Professional Corporation (“Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our principal office is located at:

1301 N Broadway STE 32819 Los Angeles, CA 90012

Please note this is our principal office and not the only location from which we conduct business.

The Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Content on the Site may discuss legal topics, trends, or general considerations. Nothing on the Site is legal advice and it should not be relied on as such. Legal matters are fact-specific and laws change.

3) No Attorney-Client Relationship

Using the Site, reading content, submitting a form, booking a call, or sending us a message does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only through a written agreement signed by you and the Firm (and, where required, after conflicts checks and other intake steps are completed).

4) Do Not Send Confidential Information

Do not send confidential, sensitive, or time-sensitive information through the Site (including contact forms, chat widgets, or email links) unless and until you have received written confirmation that we represent you. Communications sent before an attorney-client relationship is formed may not be treated as privileged or confidential.

5) Attorney Advertising and Results Disclaimer

The Site may be considered attorney advertising under the rules of certain jurisdictions. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Any testimonials or examples reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of future performance.

6) Eligibility and Geographic Limitations

The Site is intended for users who can legally enter into these Terms. We do not seek to represent anyone in a jurisdiction where doing so would be improper. Our attorneys are licensed in California unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7) Permitted Use of the Site

You may use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission.
  • Use the Site in any way that violates any law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Site.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access or collect data from the Site without our consent.

8) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, designs, and other materials, is owned by the Firm or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

10) Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE FIRM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed $100.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Firm and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

13) Privacy

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

14) Changes to the Site and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the latest revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15) Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

16) Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
